Advanced driver assistance systems such as adaptive cruise control (ACC) or autonomous emergency braking (AED) make use of radar technology to detect other vehicles. However, the systems recognize two-wheelers only under certain boundary conditions. AGU is conducting a research project to improve radar detectability of bicycles.
\nThis research project is funded by AXA Foundation for Prevention.<\/p>\n
