In collaboration with AXA Winterthur, the Swiss Council for Accident Prevention (bfu), the Dynamic Test Center (DTC) and the Touring Club Switzerland (TCS) a study on advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) was conducted, in which the interaction of drivers and ADAS was analyzed. The emphasis was on examining the influence of knowledge about ADAS on driving behavior.
Based on the findings a comprehensive information concept was developed, whose mediation is likely to lead to a better understanding of ADAS and thus to an optimized user behavior.
